This week we were learning about compound words.  Can you make a list of at least 10 compound words?  Try to think of unusual words that other students might not list.

    A compound word is a two different words put together to make an other word. If you put lady and bug together its ladybug

      Good job Nicholas! I like your words. Pencil is not a compound word though. Can you think of a different one? Also, please check how to spell 'bascketball' and fix 'carbox'.

      Nice work Ayesha! Peanut is a compound word, but peanut butter is two separate words. Nail polish is also two separate words. Can you think of a different word to replace that one? Also, 'hairdue' is actually spelled 'hairdo'.
